• In explaining the scheme features / details and addressing queries relating to functioning of the scheme
• Providing illustrative comparison between NPS and other benefit schemes
• Conducting workshop(s) for the employees to communicate the details of the scheme and obtain feedback on popularity of the option

—At the implementation stage

• Reviewing the track-record of the Fund Managers and assist the Management / Employees in selection of the Fund Manager
• Liaising/co-ordination with the implementing agencies to operationalize the Scheme
